Daily Expectations
Drop-off: Children should be walked into the building by a parent or guardian daily. Parents are required to sign- in their child(ren) on the daily roster. Students need to be dropped-off by 8:30am and picked-up at 3:30pm SHARP!
Pick-Up: For the safety of our children, parents are required to come into the building to pick up their child(ren) in the multipurpose room upstairs. All students will be walked to the multipurpose room by their teacher at the end of the day. There will be no running allowed inside the building. Students are to stay out of the sanctuary, unless they are in chapel.
Lunchtime: Parents and family members are welcome to come have lunch at CCA with their kids. Our lunch is 11:45-12:20 pm. Students are allowed to bring their own lunches or we do offer a pizza lunch for $5.00/lunch. It includes 2 pieces of pizza from Dominos, 1 bottle of water, a cookie, and applesauce. Be sure to pay for your lunch at the sign in table and put your child’s name on a lunch ticket and drop the ticket and the money into the green and yellow basket. Pizza is ordered at 10:30 so they are delivered at 11:45. Ala Carte items are also available: 1 piece of pizza is $2.00, bottle of water $1.00, cookie $1.00, applesauce $1.00. If you want ala carte items, be sure to indicate on the lunch ticket what you want. If you send your child a sack lunch, it should be in a lunch box/bag clearly marked with the child’s name. Please make sure an icepack is placed inside the lunch if needed, as refrigeration will not be available for lunches.
Early Student Pick-up: If a parent needs to pick their child up early or take them for part of the day, they need to notify the administrator.
Monthly Expectations
Tuition Payment: Tuition of $95.00 per student for full day students, and $60.00 per student for half day students is due on or before the first Monday of each month.
Volunteer Duties: All families are required to volunteer 2 hours per semester (or pay the $25 opt out fee). We have assigned the weeks to different families, to make it fair. The administrator will remind volunteers as their date approaches. If a parent cannot make their scheduled time he/she needs to try to switch with another parent. Please inform the administrator about the change.
